Types of Trail Permits: Seasonal Trail Permit: The price of the Seasonal Trail Permit is $250.00 but if purchased on or before December 1st of the year it is $200.00. The Trail Permit may be purchased from any Trail Building Club in the
Replacement Permits may be purchased from any club subject to specific terms and conditions including:
* The original permit and pink receipt (both MTO & OFSC portions) are returned.
* If the original permit is not available a Police Report is required to be filed including an Incident or Occurrence Number, Police Detachment location and phone number where loss was repor
* Replacement permits can only be given to the original permit purchaser.
* A $10.00 administration fee will apply.
3 and 7 Day Trail Permits: Are also available this year and may be purchased by anyone. The price of the 3 day permit $100.00 and the 7 Day Trail Permit $140.00 and must be purchased before travelling on the trails.

Where does your permit dollar go? Trails cost money to build. Stakes cost $1.00, signs average $4.00, paint $30.00 a gallon, Groomers over $150,000.00, well maintained safe trails, PRICELESS. So the next time you are out riding, take a look around. Count the stakes, watch for the signs, and wave to the groomer operators. The cost of one permit for a season, not a bad deal after all.
Proceeds from the permits go towards maintaining the 200km of sanctioned trails in this area!

The Trail Permit is valid only when permanently affixed in the approved areas so that it is fully visible to a person standing 10 metres in front of the machine on its centerline.
Types of Permits
Seasonal Trail Permit
The price of the Seasonal Trail Permit is $250.00 but if purchased on or before December 1st of the year it is $200.00. The Trail Permit may be purchased from OFSC clubs, associations or districts. The permit expires May 31 of the season of purchase. The permit is valid only in the province of Ontario and may be used only for Prescribed Trails operated by the Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs.
Replacement Permits
Replacement Permits may be purchased from the club, association or district that the original permit was purchased from for $10.00. To receive a Replacement Permit, the original Trail Permit or portion thereof, plus the matching trail permit receipt, must be attached to the signed application form that is to be completed by the original purchaser.
